Settings and preferences
Slippage, up/down colours, sounds, signing keys and notification settings.
There are two places to change settings.
Settings dialog (gear icon)
The gear icon in the header opens a dialog with three tabs:
| Tab | What it sets |
|---|---|
| SFX | Sounds for order placed, order filled, order cancelled and errors |
| Colors | The up/down colours used across charts, the order book, PnL and prices. Presets: Classic — green up / red down; East Asian — red up / green down; Colorblind — blue / orange; Monochrome — light / gray; or custom colours. On first load the default follows the country your connection appears to come from: East Asian (red up) in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan and Korea, Classic elsewhere |
| Slippage | The default Max slippage for market orders and market closes. Default 1%; presets 0.5% / 1% / 3%; allowed range 0.01% – 50%. Above 5% the app warns that you could fill well away from the price shown |
The app is shown in English.
Settings page
Go to Settings: press G then S, or open /settings in the app. There is no menu link to this page. (Accounts with equity of 10,000 or more also get a PM button in the header, which opens its Portfolio Margin tab.)
| Tab | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Signing Keys | Active Signing Keys: the signing key this browser uses. Remove it to sign out this browser |
| Email Notifications | Shown, but the exchange does not save email addresses, so no emails are sent |
| Notifications | Sound, browser push and per-type notification toggles (Notifications) |
| Portfolio Margin | Appears only when your account equity is 10,000 or more |
| Market Maker Protection | Appears only for market-maker accounts |
There is no API keys tab. For programmatic access, register a key through the API: see Developers → Authentication.
The version of the app you are using is shown at the bottom of the page.
