One-Click Trading
Approve a browser session key once so orders are signed without wallet pop-ups.
What is it?
One-Click Trading is a switch above the order button. When you turn it on:
- your browser creates a session key;
- your wallet approves the key once, for 30 days.
After that, orders are signed instantly by the session key, with no wallet pop-up. Approval is relayed, so it costs no gas. The session key can only trade: it cannot move your funds.
Why would I use it?
For fast trading. Without it, every order opens a wallet signature request.
What do I need?
How do I turn it on?
- Find One-Click Trading above the order button
While it is off, it reads: Off · each order asks your wallet to sign. Turn on to approve once and trade in one click.
- Turn it on and sign
The status reads Approving session key… while your wallet asks you to sign the approval. On Arc Testnet this takes one signature, which covers both perpetual and spot trading.
- Trade
The switch now shows when the session expires. Orders are signed without pop-ups.
What should I expect?
- Orders go through without wallet pop-ups until the session expires.
- Take-profit / stop-loss requests are still signed by your wallet (Take profit and stop loss).
- Occasionally, an order may ask for one more approval to refresh the session's permissions.
What can go wrong?
Could not reach the relayer to enable one-click trading.
Why: The relayer that submits your approval did not respond.
Try again in a moment. You can keep trading with wallet signatures meanwhile.
Failed to enable one-click trading. Please try again.
Why: The relayer did not accept the approval.
Turn the switch on again. If you reject the signature instead, the switch stays off and shows your wallet's own rejection message; turn it on again and approve.
How do I recover?
-
Turn it off: switch it off. The app asks whether to also revoke the approval on-chain:
- Revoke (gas): sends an on-chain transaction that cancels the approval, so the session key is useless everywhere. Confirm it in your wallet; it costs USDC.
- Just this browser: deletes the session key from this browser only. The on-chain approval stays valid until it expires.
- Cancel: keeps One-Click Trading on.
If the revoke fails, the app shows the error and keeps the key switched off in this browser. Press Revoke on-chain to try again.
If you turn One-Click Trading back on before a failed revoke succeeds, the app creates a new session key but does not forget the old one. The One-Click panel keeps listing the old key, with its short address and expiry, and a button to revoke it, until you revoke it or it expires. Until then, anyone holding that old key can still sign.
tipIf you think your browser storage was compromised, choose Revoke (gas).
-
Session expired: turn the switch on again to approve a new key.
