Transfer to another account

Move funds to another address's trading balance on the exchange — what you need, the steps, and what to do if a transfer fails.

What is it?

A transfer sends part of your trading balance to another address's trading balance on Arc Testnet. It is an on-chain transaction sent from your wallet.

Assets you can transfer: USDC, ETH, BTC.

Why would I use it?

To move funds between accounts you control without withdrawing and re-depositing. The app asks you to confirm you have access to the recipient address.

What do I need?

How do I transfer?

  1. Open Transfer

From the account menu, Portfolio, or an asset row.

  2. Enter the recipient and amount

The dialog (Transfer USDC) asks for the recipient's address. It refuses your own address and invalid addresses. It warns: IMPORTANT: Make sure you have access to the recipient address on Arc Testnet.

  3. Confirm the address, then the transaction

Check the address on the confirmation screen, then approve the transaction in your wallet.

What should I expect?

  • Transfer Completed once the transaction confirms.
  • The transfer is listed in Portfolio → Deposits and Withdrawals (filter: Transfers).

What can go wrong?

Transfer Failed

Why: The transaction was rejected in your wallet or failed on-chain, for example because you lacked gas.

Fix:

Check you hold USDC for gas and that the amount is available, then try again.

How do I recover?

Transfers cannot be reversed

A transfer to a wrong address cannot be undone by the exchange. Always check the address on the confirmation screen.
