Withdraw
Take funds back to your wallet — what you need, the steps, what to expect and how to recover from a failed withdrawal.
What is it?
A withdrawal moves funds from your trading balance back to your connected wallet on Arc Testnet. It is a single on-chain transaction sent from your wallet.
Assets you can withdraw: USDC, ETH, BTC.
Why would I use it?
To take profits or unused funds out of the exchange.
What do I need?
How do I withdraw?
- Open Withdraw
From Portfolio (the Withdraw button or an asset row), the account menu, or the Withdraw button under the order form (perpetual markets only). Portfolio opens one withdraw dialog; the account menu and the order form open another. Both send the same kind of transaction.
- Choose the asset and amount
From the account menu or order form, pick the asset from the token menu at the left of the amount field. From Portfolio, the dialog is already set to the asset you chose. Then enter an amount or press MAX to withdraw everything available.
- Confirm in your wallet
Approve the transaction in your wallet.
What should I expect?
- From Portfolio: Transaction successful! with a transaction link.
- From the account menu or order form: a Withdrawal Pending message saying the withdrawal was sent on-chain and reaches your wallet as soon as the transaction confirms.
- Either way, the funds are in your wallet once the transaction confirms.
- The withdrawal is listed in Portfolio → Deposits and Withdrawals.
What can go wrong?
Transaction cancelled in your wallet. Please try again. or "Transaction cancelled in your wallet. Update the amount or try again."
Why: You rejected the transaction in your wallet.
Start again and confirm the transaction.
Transaction failed. Please try again. (Portfolio), or an error message from your wallet or the network (account menu and order form)
Why: The transaction failed or reverted on-chain.
Open the transaction in the block explorer to see why, then try again. (An amount above what is withdrawable is blocked by the form before anything is sent.)
Not enough USDC to cover the network fee. Add USDC to your wallet, then try again.
Why: Your wallet can't pay the network fee. (From the account menu or order form, your wallet's own message appears instead, usually mentioning insufficient funds for gas.)
Get USDC (see Get testnet funds) and try again.
The amount available is lower than my balance
Why: Part of your balance is used as margin for open positions or orders.
Close positions or cancel orders to free margin, then withdraw.
How do I recover?
- Funds don't appear in your wallet: open the transaction link and check it confirmed. Make sure your wallet shows the right token on Arc Testnet; see Network and contracts for token addresses.
